SUMMIT 45L COOLER
I call this the ‘young brother’ – just as tough, just smaller.
With a capacity of 45L, this cooler can accommodate 60 cans and keep them cold for seven days. Interesting and functional features:
The lid design incorporates four cupholders, a very handy feature. Isn’t it true that the cooler box has become a table next to the camping chair, at the campfire, at the water, just about everywhere – and for this reason, your coffee, cooldrink or beer has a designated spot where it will not fall off.
Carry handles on other cooler boxes are mostly frustrating for me. You always pinch your fingers when picking it up. Here Camp Master has done well with strong handles that lock and have enough space for your hands when carrying it.
The latches are not only high quality and seal properly, but are also easy to use, flush and neat.
They thought of everything – the handle even has an integrated bottle opener.
Measuring fish, traces, bait size, and such is made easy with the on-board measuring tape.
Keeping the inside free from water as the ice melts is important as this keeps the interior cold for longer. The screw lid, secured with a cable, makes life easy in this regard.
The lid has a silicon seal and is precision moulded to seal tightly.
The hinges are strong and of high quality, with an integrated stopper block to keep the lid open at the designated angle. It is also flush to prevent it from forever catching somewhere in the trailer or bakkie as it is being loaded.
SUMMIT 75L COOLER
I call this box the ‘big brother’ – as it is the real deal.
It has a massive 75L capacity and will literally take ‘half the kitchen’. This box is packed with many unique features, is resourceful and extremely practical.
With 75 litres of items inside it, this beast will not be light to carry around, but with its ‘tractor’ wheels, you can single-handedly cart it around the chalet, house, dam or resort – even on the beach.
Any good trailer, boat or caravan will have a good quality tow hitch to tow it around safely, well, so does this one, with two separate but integrated handles that fold neatly.
There is one on either side for lifting when you are two people.
This big one is for carting it around when you are alone. These handles lock neatly into place so that your hands never get hurt on the body of the box.
The large lid opens wide for easy access and seals perfectly due to the snug-fitting design and the silicon seal.
The silicon latches pull the lid securely closed and are a pleasure to use.
One of my favourite features is the small access lid that is secured with an easy-to-open and drop-to-close-type latch.
This lid has its own silicon seal and provides quick access without losing the cold temperature.
The lid doubles as a table and has four neatly designed cup holders, PLUS … Now here is something you never heard of! How many times have you put your cellphone on your cooler box lid, which is standing at an angle on the bank next to your chair, only for it to slide off and fall into the mud? Well, you can now put an end to that with a cleverly designed recess into which your phone fits neatly.
The large capacity makes it easy to load, and it really stays cold for long.

Now here is another feature that will blow your mind.
